The 200 square metre apartment is on the 1st floor (equivalent to a 2nd floor) of a very charming building from the early 19th century, with an original stucco ceiling and beautiful old parquet floors, but without a lift. The location is fantastic, the place is great for larger parties, we had 12 people. Lots of beds, could accommodate more people if people don’t mind trundle beds. The place is older and could use some updating, freezer didn’t keep thing frozen and nosee more

Overall it was a prefect place for our family trip. We used the location as a home base and were very pleased with our stay especially the location.

We had stayed at another airbnb for a night prior to this one, but decided to extend our trip in Lisbon and booked this place for the rest of our trip & couldn’t be happier! The location was perfect- a different part of Lisbon than we had previously see more

The location was perfect- a different part of Lisbon than we had previously stayed at and had so many more places around. The parking was easy with lots of options, the land was flat which made moving our stuff easier, a friendly coffee shop and market right downstairs. The Italian restaurant by there was SO good as well. It had plenty of space for me & my guests with such an inviting inside. Beautifully decorated and felt like home. The host was so responsive, friendly & helped with every need. I can not say enough great things about this place :)

We had a great long weekend at the apartment and I would recommend to people. It was really clean, bright, spacious and a perfect set-up for all us (8 adults). The 3 bathrooms is great but as with a lot of houses, the water temperature and pressure isee more

We could clearly hear the upstairs apartment talking and moving around above us as well as up and down the stairwell but I'm sure they could probably hear us too.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our trip, very attentive and willing to allow for bag drop off before check-in which was very useful and much appreciated. The surroundings are hilly but very much manageable with the main city centre around 20 mins walk away. Train and tram stations are also nearby at 15 mins walk. We had a wonderful stay! Tomás welcomed us and made the check in super easy. He was also very responsive. The apartment was centrally located and walking distance to multiple shops and cute cafes. There was plenty of space in the apartment for my grosee more

There was plenty of space in the apartment for my group with clean and comfortable accommodations. I loved that the front door had a keypad which made it easy to come in and out when coming home late. There were fans in every room (no air conditioning) which was fine for my friends and I as we were visiting in April and it was a bit cooler. All in all a great stay! I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Lisbon!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a very spacious Airbnb and it fit all of us easily. The location was amazing. Right in the heart of it all yet still very peaceful. The only thing that we didn’t love was the fact that there was no AC.

While our group of 12 only stayed for one night, we wish we could have stayed longer! Only about a 5-10 minute walk to Barrio Alto, the Airbnb is in a great location. Plenty of space/beds for our group. Looked exactly like the photos and the descriptsee more

Bedroom Preparations:
- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected for the reservation
- Top beds are prepared first, followed by bunk bed, pull-out beds and sofa-beds.
- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.
Important Rules and Information:
- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.
- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).
- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.
- Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided)
- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.

- This apartment offers a convenient Self-Check-in process - once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions and procedures to get your Access Code and perform the Self-Check-in.
- On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines.
- It’s not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)
- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests.
- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a €30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.
Extra Guests:
It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (35€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
