Overall it was a prefect place for our family trip. We used the location as a home base and were very pleased with our stay especially the location.

The location was perfect- a different part of Lisbon than we had previously stayed at and had so many more places around. The parking was easy with lots of options, the land was flat which made moving our stuff easier, a friendly coffee shop and market right downstairs. The Italian restaurant by there was SO good as well. It had plenty of space for me & my guests with such an inviting inside. Beautifully decorated and felt like home. The host was so responsive, friendly & helped with every need. I can not say enough great things about this place :)

We could clearly hear the upstairs apartment talking and moving around above us as well as up and down the stairwell but I'm sure they could probably hear us too.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our trip, very attentive and willing to allow for bag drop off before check-in which was very useful and much appreciated. The surroundings are hilly but very much manageable with the main city centre around 20 mins walk away. Train and tram stations are also nearby at 15 mins walk. The apartment was clean and well maintained - gave the feeling of home away from home. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Tomás welcomed us and made the check in super easy. He was also very responsive. The apartment was centrally located and walking distance to multiple shops and cute cafes. There was plenty of space in the apartment for my groplus

There was plenty of space in the apartment for my group with clean and comfortable accommodations. I loved that the front door had a keypad which made it easy to come in and out when coming home late. There were fans in every room (no air conditioning) which was fine for my friends and I as we were visiting in April and it was a bit cooler. All in all a great stay! I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Lisbon!

The 3 bathrooms is great but as with a lot of houses, the water temperature and pressure isn't great if all the showers are being used at the same time. We could clearly hear the upstairs apartment talking and moving around above us as well as up and down the stairwell but I'm sure they could probably hear us too.

Informations importantes :
- Cet appartement est situé dans un immeuble très sensible où les règles doivent être suivies à tout moment et les voisins respectés.
- Pas de bruit ni de musique pendant la journée et silence la nuit (à partir de 22 heures).
- Il est strictement interdit de faire la fête, de fumer et d'utiliser des haut-parleurs.
- L'air conditionné et le chauffage central ne sont pas fournis (des chauffages et des ventilateurs portables sont fournis).
