About Central Hill Apartments

Central Hill Apartments is a Portuguese local accommodation company, which was born in 2012, when its founders felt that there was a need in Lisbon to offer a unique and authentic experience to the thousands of families and groups of friends visiting Lisbon and looking for apartments, where they could feel part of the city, instead of generic and too touristic Hotels.

Since it started with just one apartment, Central Hill Apartments has been growing and now we can be proud to be one of the biggest local accommodation companies in Lisbon, with more than 30 apartments in the best areas of Lisbon, like Alfama, Príncipe Real, Bairro Alto or Baixa-Chiado. We are also proud to offer some of the largest apartments in the center of Lisbon, perfect for families or large groups that come to spend a few days of vacation in Lisbon.

Central Hill Apartments is a vacation rental company with more than 30 apartments, operating in Lisbon since 2012. Every year we receive more than 3.000 reservations and host more than 30.000 people from all over the world.

We are members of ALEP (Vacation Rental Association in Portugal), which promotes and defends the interests of Vacation Rental owners and its guests in Portugal.

We are a certified company with the “Clean & Safe” quality and safety seal distinguished by Turismo de Portugal. (Tourism of Portugal).

We are certified by I-PRAC (International Property Rental Approval Certification), an international entity that defends and protects travelers, verifying and approving vacation rental owners worldwide, ensuring they operate according to the required standards.

We Care About The Community

At Central Hill Apartments we pride ourselves on valuing and promoting the community we live in, because a big part of the magic and richness of Lisbon are the people and their stories.

We highlight 55+, a local social organization that values people over 55 years old, and motivates them to do what they love, giving them the opportunity to feel active and fulfilled! In order to help this organization, we have developed a partnership in which we offer services provided by 55+, such as Chef at Home Experience or Babysitting

We also support the initiative Movimento Famílias Solidárias (Solidary Families Movement) created at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and motivated by the social and economic difficulties triggered by this pandemic. It is a movement in which donating families help families in need. Volunteers create monthly baskets by collecting food and personal hygiene and household goods that are donated by the donating families. Every month, several families that are experiencing difficulties are helped through the delivery of a personalized basket composed of the goods that the family needs most.
