This apartment is located in one of the most Central squares in Lisbon, The Rossio Square. This is the perfect place to stay, since you are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon’s downtown such as, Downtown, Chiado, Bairro Alto, the City Castel and its picturesque neighborhood called Alfama.
The apartment:
The 100 square meters apartment features 3 bedrooms, one living and dining-room, two bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s on the 5nd floor of a building with no elevator. All the rooms are equipped with excellent mattresses and the apartment has free Wi-Fi. The apartment is just next to Rossio (1 minute walking), the city heart. All the bedrooms have window and are plenty of sunlight, two of the bedrooms also have a French balcony with a fantastic view to the city castle.
This apartment is totally prepared to receive from 1 to 12 people.
Room #1: 1 double bed (sleep 2)
Room#2: 2 Single beds + 2 single bed under each of the beds (Sleep 2+2)
Room#3: 1 double bed + 1 double sofa-bed (sleep 2+2)
Living room: 1 sofa-bed for 2 (sleep 2)
The apartment perfectly suits families or big groups that aim to spend some days in Lisbon with everything within walking distance. Excellent for It’s hard to find a nicer and more spacious apartment able to host from 1 to 12 people in such a comfortable manner.
Location:
This cozy apartment is perfectly located at Lisbon’s Historical Center. In downtown neighborhood, where you can find everything, from the traditional handcraft shop, to top tier fashion brands for shopping; luxury and traditional restaurants, Bars, Coffee shops, Theatres’, etc. At your door there is the “Coliseu”, the most famous show room in Lisbon, you also have the Politeama at your door, another icon of the theaters in Lisbon. From the apartment you can walk to the fantastic castle of Saint Jorge, or just walk to river front and enjoy a sunny day. You can walk to Chiado and Bairro Alto and enjoy the great nightlife of Lisbon. In the weekends you have typical street markets in Alegria garden, 3 minute from the apartment.
This nice and secure neighborhood offers you a very interesting mixture between tradition and modern and the best is that you can go everywhere by foot.

Access:
At the doorstep you have the subway station (Restauradores) and BUS stop, so you can get everywhere from here. You can also walk to the railway or boat stations that can take you to the beaches around Lisbon, or to other nice places such Cascais. Rossio Train Sation is just around the corner (2 minutes walking) and take you to the famous village of Sintra.

You also have the “Sightseeing BUS” passing by which is a good option if you want do visit Lisbon by bus

Apartment Rules

1. This apartment is located in a historical and residential building. Neighbours that live in this building are very sensible to noise, special after 10:00 pm. Is totally forbidden to make noise after 10:00 pm, parties are not allowed and noise in the stairs must be controlled. Definitely if you are looking for an apartment where you can make noise until late this is not an option. Fines will be applied (losing deposit) for those you don’t act in conformity with this rules.
2. It’s not allowed to host more guests than the ones agreed with the owner. The control is done by a security camera installed at the entrance of the apartment.
3. Smoking it’s not allowed.
4. At the end of your stay the apartment must be left in the conditions you found it, you don’t need to clean it but the garbage must be left on the garbage bin outside the building, dishes must be clean or inside the dishwashing machine,
