This 3 bedroom apartment is located next to two of the most central squares of Lisbon – Rossio and Restauradores, in the downtown area. This is the perfect place to stay, since you will be within walking distance from all the main attractions and places to visit in Lisbon downtown such as Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Principe Real, Avenida da Liberdade, the City Castle and its picturesque neighborhood called Alfama.
The 100 square meters apartment features 3 bedrooms, one living room, one dining room, one bathroom, one toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator. All the rooms are equipped with excellent mattresses and all the bedrooms have a window and are plenty of sunlight. One of the bedrooms has a French balcony.

Room #2: 2 single beds + 1single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+1)

Total: 12 people
Note: The apartment will be prepared for the number of people selected on the reservation. Top beds are prepared first, followed by pull-out beds and finally the sofas. Double beds are prepared considering 2 people. Bed-sheets and towels are provided. If you have any special requests, please let us know prior to arrival.
The apartment is perfect for families or groups that want to spend some days in Lisbon with everything within walking distance. It’s hard to find a nicer and more spacious apartment able to host between 1 and 12 people in such a comfortable manner.
You will have exclusive and total access to the apartment. The apartment is not shared with other guests, employees, hosts or owners. Enjoy the total privacy of your own apartment.
Downtown Lisbon, known as the Baixa, often called the heart of the city, stretches from the riverfront on the banks of the Tagus River to the Avenida da Liberdade. The Baixa is very much a gateway to Lisbon. You will pass it en route to just about anywhere and forms a vital link between the waters of the Tagus River and the many neighbourhoods that rise away from its banks.
This cosy apartment is perfectly located in Lisbon’s historical centre, right next to two of the main squares of the city, the Rossio and Restauradores. In this downtown neighbourhood you can find everything, from the traditional handcraft shop, to top tier fashion brands for shopping, luxury and traditional restaurants, bars, cafes, theatres and many other interesting places. Just a little up the street is the “Coliseu”, the most famous Concert Hall in Lisbon, and on the other side of the street the Politeama theatre, another icon of the theaters in Lisbon. From the apartment, you can walk to the fantastic São Jorge Castle, or just walk to the riverfront and enjoy a sunny day. You can walk to Chiado and Bairro Alto and enjoy the great nightlife of Lisbon.
This nice and secure neighborhood offers you a very interesting mixture between tradition and modern and the best is that you can go everywhere on foot.
This privileged location ensures easy access to the entire city and locations around the city.
-Just down the street, at the Rossio square you will find the Metro station Rossio (green line). Around the corner, on the Restauradores Square you will find metro station Restauradores (blue line). Metro gives you easy access to the entire city.
-On the Rossio and on the Restauradores squares, several buses and the aerobus to the airport.
-at 100 meters, the magnificent Rossio train station to visit Queluz and Sintra;
-the station of Cais do Sodre is just 2 stops away on the green line, where you can get a train to Belém, the beaches around Lisbon, Estoril and Cascais or a boat to the other side of the river.
-the station of Santa Apolonia is just 3 stops away on the blue line, point of arrivals and departures for international trains and trains to the north of Portugal. Here you can also find the cruise ship terminal.
General Rules:
- The nightly rest of the neighbours must be respected. This apartment is located in a historical and residential building.
- It is totally forbidden to make noise after 22:00, parties are not allowed and noise in building common areas must be kept at a minimum.
- It’s forbidden to leave garbage inside the building out of the trash bins;
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or any part of the building;
- Any damage must be covered by the guest;
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in: after 16:00
- Check-out: until 11:00
- Luggage drop-off and/or early check-in allowed but depending on availability
- If the first person/group arrives after 20:00 a late check-in fee of 30€ should be paid at the check in.
- At the check-out all trash must be taken out and all dishes must be washed or in the dishwasher;
- The apartment should be left in the same condition as at the check-in;
- All keys must be left on the table at the check-out. In case the keys are lost, the lock replacement must be covered by the guest.
Additional Guests:
- It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones agreed with the owner.
- If there are more guests than booked for, an extra guest fee of 20€ per additional guest per night might be applied. A security camera is installed in the entrance of the building to control the number of guests entering the apartment. If there are more people than the agreed number, please contact us for authorization.
Failure to comply with these rules may lead to fines and/or expulsion from the apartment.
