This beautiful apartment is located right in front of one of the best lookouts Lisbon, the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, where you have a fantastic view over the city, next to the trendy Principe Real, luxurious Chiado and the picturesque and unique Bairro Alto. Staying in this apartment is having a complete local and traditional experience, staying close to everything. You are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon such as Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado, Principe Real, Bairro Alto, the São Jorge Castle and the street labyrinths of the neighborhood called Alfama. It’s a perfect location to enjoy the daily life and the nightlife of the city!

The 200 square meters apartment for up to 27 people is on the second floor of an old and traditional building, renovated but with no elevator. It features 6 bedrooms, one living and dining room, 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment gets plenty of sunlight and all rooms are equipped with excellent mattresses.

The room set up is the following:
Room #1: 1 double bed + 1 single pull-out bed (sleeps 2+1)
Room #2: 2 single beds + 2 single pull-out beds (sleeps 2+2)
Room #3: 2 single beds + 2 single pull-out beds (sleeps 2+2)
Room #4: 2 bunked beds + 2 single pull-out beds (sleeps 4+2)
Room #5: 1 double bed + 2 single pull-out beds + 1 double sofa-bed (sleeps 2+2+2)
Room #6: 2 single beds + 2 single pull-out beds (sleeps 2+2, access via room #5)
Total: 27 people

Note: The apartment will be prepared for the number of people selected on the reservation. Top beds are prepared first, followed by pull-out beds and at last the sofas. Double beds are prepared considering 2 people. Bed-sheets and towels are provided. If you have any special requests, please let us know prior to arrival.

The apartment is perfect for families or groups that want to spend some days in Lisbon with everything within walking distance. It’s hard to find a nicer and more spacious apartment able to host between 1 and 27 people in such a comfortable manner.

You will have exclusive and total access to the apartment. The apartment is not shared with other guests, employees, hosts or owners. Enjoy the total privacy of your own apartment.

Principe Real is one of the trendiest locations for food and drinks, meeting on a terrace and having a modern dinner. Here you can find the botanic garden, alternative restaurants, the Principe Real garden with its fantastic terraces for drinks and markets on the weekends.

Bairro Alto is a picturesque working class quarter dating from the 16th century that has traditionally been the city's bohemian haunt of artists and writers. Its grid of streets is quiet during the day, but is transformed at night into the city's vibrant nightlife quarter. Behind colorful and graffiti-ridden façades is a variety of traditional and international restaurants, Fado Houses, and a multitude of bars and alternative shops that stay open until late at night. Throughout the week, and especially on weekends you'll find people of all ages, backgrounds, and lifestyles bar-hopping through the cobbled lanes or standing outside with a drink in hand enjoying the city's usual mild nights.

This privileged location ensures easy access to the entire city and locations around the city.
-Just down the street, at the Praça Luis de Camões, 7 minutes walking distance away, you will find the Metro station Baixa-Chiado (blue and green lines). Metro gives you easy access to the entire city.
-on this same square, Praça Luis de Camões, you will find a tram stop for the famous tram number 28 that can take you to all the historic locations of Lisbon, through the downtown, to Alfama, passing the cathedral, Portas do Sol, Castle, and Graça.
-In front of the apartment you can take the tram to Praça Luís de Camões or bus 758 to Cais do Sodré.
- Also in front of the apartment you can take the funicular “Elevador da Glória” down to the Restauradores square.
-At the Restauradores square you will find metro station Restauradores (blue line) buses in all directions in the city and also the aerobus to the airport.
-the magnificent Rossio train station is at 8 minutes walking distance or take the funicular down to the Restauradores square and from there it’s 2 minutes walking. From here you can take a train to visit Queluz and Sintra;
-the station of Cais do Sodre is at 12 minutes walking distance. You can also get there with bus number 758. Here you can get a train to Belém, the beaches around Lisbon, Estoril and Cascais or a boat to the other side of the river.
-the station of Santa Apolonia is just a few stops away by Metro (blue line), point of arrivals and departures for international trains and trains to the north of Portugal. Here you can also find the cruise ship terminal.

General Rules:
- The nightly rest of the neighbours must be respected. This apartment is located in a historical and residential building.
- It is totally forbidden to make noise after 22:00, parties are not allowed and noise in building common areas must be kept at a minimum.
- It’s forbidden to leave garbage inside the building out of the trash bins;
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or any part of the building;
- Any damage must be covered by the guest;

Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in: after 15:00
- Check-out: until 11:00
- Luggage drop-off and/or early check-in allowed but depending on availability
- If the first person/group arrives at the apartment between 20:00 and 00:00 a late check-in fee of 15€ should be paid at the check in.
- If the first person/group arrives after 00:00 a late check-in fee of 20€ should be paid at the check in.
- At the check-out all trash must be taken out and all dishes must be washed or in the dishwasher;
- The apartment should be left in the same condition as at the check-in;
- All keys must be left on the table at the check-out. In case the keys are lost, the lock replacement must be covered by the guest.

Additional Guests:
- It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones agreed with the owner.
- If there are more guests than booked for, an extra guest fee of 30€ per additional guest per night might be applied. A security camera is installed in the entrance of the building to control the number of guests entering the apartment. If there are more people than the agreed number, please contact us for authorization.

Failure to comply with these rules may lead to fines and/or expulsion from the apartment.
