Além disso, o famoso eléctrico número 28 pára a 100 metros da sua porta. Localizado junto à Sé Catedral de Lisboa, ficar neste apartamento é respirar a verdadeira e autêntica Lisboa. Uma das melhores características deste apartamento é a bela vista sobre o rio Tejo com ao fundo a Ponte 25 de Abril e o Cristo Rei.

All amenities in good nick, nice bathrooms with good showers, hairdryer etc, plus well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, double doors to allow a breeze. We were 4. Groups more than five mightn't have sufficient seats in the lounge. Only issue we had, & it was a total pain, was lift access. The apartment is, effectively, on the 6th floor (125 steps - some of the lower floors are double height). The lift takes 2 people with cabin bags. Access to the lift area is via a dodgy lock, which Tomas took great trouble to ensure we could operate.

It was a good size property and everything was immaculate. Being on the top floor with balconies off each room meant the views were great and our children enjoyed themselves. Only two points worth making - the apartment is very difficult to access via car. I would strongly suggest getting a taxiUber on arrival,parking down near the harbour and walking from there. Secondly, the apartment (as per the description) does not have air conditioning, except for in the loft room. There are fans in each room but we stayed on a particularly hot day/night and found it quite hard to sleep. This will impact people differently, but, I thought it worth flagging. Overall, a great stay and service.

This wasn’t a huge inconvenience, because everything else (location, amenities, view, etc) was fantastic! We would have been fine with this otherwise but one of our friends had an unexpected injury which made getting in and out a bit challenging. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay, centrally located in a beautiful historic area. Hosts were responsive, warm and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! 4.5/5

We stayed as a group of 8 (with 2 children) and it was spacious enough for us all. Easy access to tourist attractions, buses, metro, shops, and restaurants + the apartment was very clean, with comfortable furniture/beds, good quality linen and bedding and a very well-equipped kitchen. The only thing that surprised us was that it was on the 4th floor but the lift could only fit 2 people at a time (as it is an older lift, due to the building style/location/age). Although this was inconvenient as we had to make 4 separate trips up, we were able to use the stairs when going down which made it easier. We had some issues with the wifi and one of the heaters but they came over straight away to resolve the issue, really professional!

The kitchen was marginal - enough dishes and appliances for us to graze comfortably, but no dishwasher, small fridge, little storage not a place that would be fun to use to cook for a group of eight. The listing could be a little clearer about access issues: 1. the apartment is on the fourth floor above ground level. There is an elevator, but its maximum capacity is two personsone person with luggage. 2. The street in front of the building has limited access. There is a bollard that controls access to the street. Taxis seemed to have access but not rental cars.

As they are in the center, parking in the street is indeed limited, however there are several underground parking locations very close by. The closest one is the Chão do Loureiro car park which is a few minutes walking distance from the apartment, and at the car park there is also a supermarket, which is quite convenient. Preparação dos Quartos:
- O apartamento só será preparado para o número de pessoas selecionadas na reserva
- As camas superiores são preparadas primeiro, seguidas das camas-gavetão e dos sofás-cama.
- Serão preparadas camas separadas para cada hóspede até atingir o número total de camas, após isso consideraremos 2 pessoas nas camas de casal.
Informação importante:
- Este apartamento está localizado num edifício muito sensível onde as regras devem ser seguidas em todos os momentos e os vizinhos respeitados.
- Não é permitido ruídos ou música alta durante o dia e silêncio total à noite (a partir das 22h).
- Festas, fumar ou colunas de som são estritamente proibidas.
- Ar condicionado ou aquecimento central não fornecidos (aquecedores portáteis e ventiladores portáteis fornecidos)
- Devido à sua localização central na zona turística deverá esperar algum ruído exterior.

- Este apartamento oferece um conveniente processo de Check-in Automático (Self-Check-in). Assim que a sua reserva for confirmada, receberá instruções e procedimentos para obter o seu código de acesso e efetuar o Self-Check-in.
- No dia do seu check-out, certifique-se de que sai do apartamento até às 11:00. A não saída do apartamento antes das 11:00 implica multas.
- Não é possível guardar a bagagem no apartamento após o check-out. Serviço de recolha de bagagem disponível (contactar para mais informações)
- O Central Hill Apartments reserva-se o direito de reter o código de acesso até que todos os procedimentos necessários sejam concluídos pelos hóspedes.
- Em circunstâncias excecionais, poderá ser necessário um check-in presencial, que, se efetuado após as 20:00h, implicará a cobrança de uma taxa de check-in tardio de 30 euros. Para evitar complicações de última hora, recomendamos vivamente a conclusão de todos os procedimentos com antecedência.
