A great large apartment which worked well for a group of 14 friends. Great facilities, lovely sofas and dining area, and nice kitchen. Great beds too. It was an old building with thin walls in a quiet neighbourhood so we had to keep ourselves quiet aplus

The appartment has a large, bright living room with and amazing sunset view and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of rooms, all with quite some space and very clean and tidy. The check in is via app, which makes things easier and seamless.plus

We loved our time at the Central Flat! The location was perfect. Hard to believe that in Portugals largest city, a quiet place in the center of all the activity exists. We are not generally city people but we found comfort throughout our sightseeing plus
We loved our time at the Central Flat! The location was perfect. Hard to believe that in Portugals largest city, a quiet place in the center of all the activity exists. We are not generally city people but we found comfort throughout our sightseeing knowing that we were coming back to our peaceful flat with great views. The checkin process was great. When we arrived, Thomas promptly met up with us and gave us a detailed walkthrough of the home and shared a large list of activities and sites to take in while we were in Lisbon. He sent me them all by text using WhatsApp. The beds were all very comfortable and clean. We did park in an open garage that Thomas recommended near by that was very easy. The next few nights we were lucky enough to find street parking around 5:30 pm right in front of the home. This was greater because we only had to pay for a couple of hours as parking after 7:00 (I believe that’s what time it was) is free. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay! They were super friendly & helpful! The place was spacious and held our group of 9 with no problem. Great view, we could see the Christ the Redeemer statue lit up from the dining area which was amazing. The place was cplus

I would definitely recommend booking, however, I would like to mention that if you have someone in your party with limited mobility, this may not be the place for you as there are quite a few flights of stairs & no elevator. If that’s not a problem for your group, then this place is perfect!

Une belle décoration.Les seuls points à revoir: Nous étions 6 et le 6 ème à prendre sa douche n'avait déjà plus d'eau chaude alors je n'imagine pas à 16 personnes...L'appartement se situe dans un immeuble ou l'on nous a bien expliqué qu'aucun bruit n'était toléré. On a eu le droit à une réflexion en montant les escaliers ( vu que l'appartement n'a pas d'ascenseur), de faire moin de bruit. Toujours en étant que 6, donc le bruit que peuvent faire 16 personnes doit être encore pire. Mais dans l'ensemble le séjour s'est bien passé et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Je recommande tant que ce n'est pas pour faire du bruit.

It was within easy walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores.Tomás was very responsive when we checked in. We phoned 30 minutes ahead, but were delayed by rush hour traffic. We texted when we arrived, and Tomas was there immediately to let us in and welcome us. A very minor detail. The kitchen sink just drained down to the plunger level. This wasn't an issue for us. We used the dishwasher, which worked perfectly.This Airbnb had great seating for family time. There were plenty of bedrooms, more than we needed for a family of 10. The views from our windows were great.We couldn't have asked for a better place! Chris

Le salon est idéal pour se retrouver, et il y a tout le nécessaire (linge propre, serviettes, produits de base). Emplacement incroyable: à deux pas des restaurants, tout se fait à pied. L’hôte était chaleureux, réactif et disponible pour toutes nos questions. Nous avons passé un séjour sans stress et mémorable , je recommande vivement cet appartement pour les groupes/familles! Good location with easy access to the metro. Airy, spacious apartment with a wonderful sunny spot for a sit down meal. The host was very responsive and checking in and out was super easy. Also enjoyed the daily sounds of the neighborhood peacock!

Stairs to the apartment were not an issue but a surprise when arriving with baggage, ideally highlight this beforehand.
