We could clearly hear the upstairs apartment talking and moving around above us as well as up and down the stairwell but I'm sure they could probably hear us too.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our trip, very attentive and willing to allow for bag drop off before check-in which was very useful and much appreciated. The surroundings are hilly but very much manageable with the main city centre around 20 mins walk away. Train and tram stations are also nearby at 15 mins walk. The apartment was clean and well maintained - gave the feeling of home away from home. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Tomás welcomed us and made the check in super easy. He was also very responsive. The apartment was centrally located and walking distance to multiple shops and cute cafes. There was plenty of space in the apartment for my grover más

There was plenty of space in the apartment for my group with clean and comfortable accommodations. I loved that the front door had a keypad which made it easy to come in and out when coming home late. There were fans in every room (no air conditioning) which was fine for my friends and I as we were visiting in April and it was a bit cooler. All in all a great stay! I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Lisbon!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a very spacious Airbnb and it fit all of us easily. The location was amazing. Right in the heart of it all yet still very peaceful. The only thing that we didn’t love was the fact that there was no AC.

Check-in with the host was easy, but responses to follow up questions were slow. we had no serious issues so the response issue ended up not being of consequence. Great place to stay all in all.

Información Importante:

- Este apartamento ofrece un cómodo proceso de Entrada Automática (Self-Check-in) - una vez confirmada su reserva, recibirá instrucciones y procedimientos para obtener su Código de Acceso y realizar el Self-Check-in.
- El día de su check-out, sólo asegúrese de salir del apartamento hasta las 11:00. La no salida del apartamento antes de las 11:00 dará lugar a multas.
- No es posible guardar el equipaje en el apartamento después del check-out. Servicio de recogida de equipaje disponible (contactar para más información).
- Central Hill Apartments se reserva el derecho de retener el código de acceso hasta que los huéspedes hayan realizado todos los trámites necesarios.
- En circunstancias excepcionales, puede ser necesario hacer el registro de entrada en persona, que, si se realiza después de las 20:00, comportará un suplemento de 30 EUR por registro de entrada tardío. Para evitar complicaciones de última hora, recomendamos encarecidamente realizar todos los trámites con antelación.
