The check-in process was straightforward, though it felt more like a hotel operation (without a "front desk") than a typical Airbnb experience with personal host interaction.The apartment itself was adequate for our short stay, but there were a few issues worth noting. The bathrooms area had an unpleasant odour, and one of the bedrooms slightly smelled of mold. While we didn't use the pull-out beds, we noticed dust and hair on the mattresses. The apartment was generally clean, though some areas like light switches and walls could use more attention. We also noticed some mosquitos inside the apartment. Sound insulation was also poor. Given the prime location, this place would be ideal for a short stay in Lisbon, right in the centre of the most touristic area in Lisbon.

When we came in to leave our luggage, we forgot to call in advance that we were coming and they were very comprehensive and welcoming. The apartment has 4 large rooms and a very comfortable common area with a nice table. Since it's so close to the city center, we had no problem walking everywhere. The neighborhood, even though it's centric location, is peaceful, safe and calm at night. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The location of the apartment is right in the heart of Lisbon, which made getting around incredibly easy with lots to do, see, and eat right in the local vicinity. Highly recommend staying here, my group had a fantastic time.

We had a great time. This location is right in the thick of things, busy and close to grocery store, gift shops, and restaurants. The strict noise requirements were stressful, but there were loud parties next door for two nights. Checking in, we contver más
We had a great time. This location is right in the thick of things, busy and close to grocery store, gift shops, and restaurants. The strict noise requirements were stressful, but there were loud parties next door for two nights. Checking in, we contacted them right at 10:30am on our day of arrival to ask about dropping our bags at 11, as is mentioned in the listing, but the response was that the contact would not be able to meet us until 1300 to drop off our bags. I was frustrated, as we’d been lugging 7 suitcases around Lisbon since 8am and had waited until 1030 to courteously request the drop off. After reaching out to the Airbnb owners on this app, they helped arrange our luggage drop off for 1130, and we ended up getting a tour of the apartment and the keys at that time, which was nice, along with clear instructions that the apartment would be ready at 4, which it was. We requested extra toilet paper and fans, which were dropped off the next day. We were very happy overall.

Both daylight and nighttime activities were accessible by walking, and if they weren't, Ubers were absurdly cheap. The design was clean and minimal, in a good way. The neighborhood was lively but still plenty quiet at night. The wifi was good. The host was responsive and communicative, and met us with a smile at check-in. One of the bathroom showers did leak quite a bit, but it didn't really impact our overall enjoyment of the property because there were 2 bathrooms. I would stay here again if I came to Lisbon with friends.
